Don't be afraid to call and ask your surgeon questions. They are there to help you.

Other than that I don't really have much to add in the subject. Please keep us posted on your situation though.

Mike, I have never felt like I should stop eating. When I complained to my doc they said that that wasn't point of banding. That it was to keep me full between meals. Call your doc. But I wouldn't be overly worried.

Have you had any fills? Until you get restriction from fills you can eat larger portions than what is good for weight loss. My doctor says to weight out 3 oz of Protein. Then eat low cal veggies until satisfied. Early on in your journey you will still feel hungry. That's why it's called Bandster Hell.

If you spread your eating out over a long period you can eat forever. Stop yourself at the proper portion sizes. If you continue to feel hungry between meals talk to your doctor about a fill. The goal is not to eat until you feel full, just eat to feel satisfied.
