Well unless you consumed 10,500 calories over the last 24 hours, it's not possible.

The body naturally fluctuates a couple pounds from day to day, even hour to hour.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably just Water.

Yep- 3 pounds of fat, not possible. It's a natural flucuation. I know how disturbing it is to have taken in so little, and see the scale go frieken up. I would try to to get on the scale too often- especially if it's upseting you. Try once a week and record it. I have found that very successful for me.
