All of my overweight life I never had a 'big' face. In fact' date=' it was probably one of the smallest parts of my body. Last year after finding out I had a thyroid problem I had gained 65 lbs in 5 months. The weight this time went to my face (not all of it of course), it was the first time I had to LOOK at my once small face and see how disfigured it looked.
