Spaness2012 609 Posted March 7, 2013 And joining a gym today. I have been happily walking (outside and on the treadmill) but thought I would kick it up a little. It has been years since I joined a gym and I am excited. Baby steps for me (gonna use the elliptical and other low impact machines until I am cleared for other activity). Another phase of the journey.....I am happy to be on the ride! Don't panic and keep moving! My motto for the day! 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and 2muchfun reacted to this
