hely88 883 Posted March 7, 2013 Hey Mis I didnt know you dont count calories! Me too and I love not getting lost in the numbers. Works great for me. I dont count carbs either but I try to make healthy choices. I do believe for many reasons people should watch sodium and drink a lot of Water. Cutting out processed foods is one big way to cut down. Sorry Mis. Must have read it wrong but I stand by my post!!
