feb27bandwoman 112 Posted March 7, 2013 Your focus should be on high Protein foods. This is a dessert.
Baba Wawa 543 Posted March 7, 2013 This is not a good choice. In my mushy stage I ate the following foods: Retried Black Beans with cheese melted, southwestern black bean Soup, puréed with finely ground 99% lean turkey, poached eggs, egg salad, tuna salad, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, instant sf pudding with my Protein Shake powder mixed in. There is no benefit to eating graham crackers...turns to sugar and stored as fat as soon as you chew it. Not sure why puréed is coming out weird?? 2 Terry Poperszky and feb27bandwoman reacted to this

Add a scoup of chocolate Protein Powder and that will be a yummn alternative
