CaGottaBand 498 Posted March 5, 2013 As long as you are losing inches, who cares about the pounds :-) 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and dylanmiles23 reacted to this

dylanmiles23 2,198 Posted March 5, 2013 I have lost inches every month. I take my measurements once a month. My weight was about the same for 3 months but I saw the inches go down, so I was fine with that. After my last fill about 3 weeks ago I finally lost some pounds. You're doing fine. One of my dietitians said you have to eat to lose weight. Which means you need 1000-1200 calories a day. I get about 12-1300 in every day and lots of Protein.< /span> Good luck. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
hely88 883 Posted March 5, 2013 Keep doing what you are doing. Eventually the lbs will catch up!! Also depending what you are doing at the gym muscle weighs more then fat. It also burns calories faster then fat too. 2 CM77539 and dylanmiles23 reacted to this

DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted March 5, 2013 I would talk to your nutritionist, perhaps they'd have some insight to help you kick start the scale.< /p> 2 2muchfun and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

DetChatt 188 Posted March 5, 2013 Try mixing things up a bit, too. You'll eventually find something that works best for you as far as the right combination of diet and exercise. You'll also hit many many plateaus, so don't let it get you down. Just push through and realize your body needs mini breaks where you won't lose an ounce no matter how great you're doing following your plan. It'll all catch up in the long run! 1 2muchfun reacted to this
2muchfun 8,927 Posted March 6, 2013 Some good advice here. I lost 12 lbs the first 2 weeks and then nothing for the next 3.5 months. Then I got my 4th fill and a visit with my nutritionist did the trick. I highly recommend sitting down with a nut and also mixing up your diet, your exercising too. Try bumping up your caloric intake for a few days to trick your body out of a starvation mode. Then go back to low calories. You didn't say anything about satiety or restriction? tmf 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
Mjck02 0 Posted March 6, 2013 I do eat more than the 1 cup, normally about 2 cups, I don't feel full but I stop b/c I know I shouldn't even eat that much. I do hour classes during week- and do 30 minutes of cardio before each class . I go next Wednesday for fill or check up I will talk to nut then. Bring my food log see if I can get pointers
DetChatt 188 Posted March 7, 2013 I'm thinking you need another fill and more restriction if you're eating 2 cups. Something definitely to discuss at your next checkup. Good luck ~!~! 1 2muchfun reacted to this
hely88 883 Posted March 7, 2013 I eat half cup meals. Can not imagine eating two cups at a time. Heck can't imagine eating one cup unless it was Soup.< /p>
