I had a big fill and had to break out my manual on how to eat all over again!! LOL. Nice restriction, I am staying full on smaller amounts. Broke a plateau and am feeling great!

Great. I have never had restriction and on a plateau! Have 3 ml and hoping for 2.5 next Monday!
