PraisingHim 21 Posted March 3, 2013 I remember that feeling of first joining the gym and being totally lost. Almost all gyms have an orientation with a trainer. I highly recommend setting that up. They will go over each peace of equipment and how to use it. Most of them will even start you out on a program if you ask. Way to go by signing up and starting a fitnes program!!! cflick 303 Posted March 4, 2013 Planet Fitness is great if you cant conect with the Personal trainer ask the guys working the front desk. they all know how to work ea pc of equiptment.
