B-52 7,113 Posted March 1, 2013 It's very sad.. My best friends father, and aunt both had bypass. They both now weigh MORE than they did before surgery.. Everyone thinks any kind of WLS is an easy way out, and it's not by any means. For me, the only hard part was the first 6 months or so...Bandster Hell...until I got the band properly adjusted, and I got myself adjusted to the band....once I found that groove it has been ALL EASY.... But getting there was the challenge...and that's where I feel most have problems.... 1 **IP~LB** reacted to this
TexasJeff 179 Posted March 1, 2013 I guess I was very fortunate. Other than throwing up occasionally I've had no problems. I eat on a small plate, drink my Water and hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I wish I could hit the gym more but I'm home 1 day out of town 2 days with work. 1 **IP~LB** reacted to this
