I am down almost 60 pounds since December and already it has begun to change my life. Good Luck and let us know how you are doing after surgery!!! If you've done your research and was confident enough to make the appointment I think your ready! It's a different lifestyle! A healthier more active you! Take a deep breath and jump in with both feet! I will say a prayer for you tomorrow for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery!
