JenWis6 98 Posted February 27, 2013 I am 3 months postop and have a lot of excess fat hanging from my upper arms. I have been adding weights (triceps, biceps, press, etc) to my workout routine for the past 2 weeks and am wondering when I might start see some results. I am looking forward to meeting one of my goals of wearing a sundress this summer but will kind of be embarressed with the arm flab. Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
