Hi everyone, I was banded this morning, not feeling too bad. I have been drinking Water and had an ice pop since ive been home. I just asked my husband if he could bring me some broth. Well he read the label and its not zero fat, so he wont give me any. It is low sodium. Does it matter if i have it just for today? Sara
