mommy4boys 1 Posted February 26, 2013 I have been wanting to start some exercise regime but can't seem to get motivated or find time or make it a priority. I am truly a very busy mom raising 5 boys under the age of 7 , working full time, and keeping up with chores at home. I would love to be able to run. Any advice? DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted February 26, 2013 Goodness you ARE a busy lady! Could you do something at home that the boys would enjoy? What about a Zumba video or some other dance-like exercise that your boys could join in with you? Or what about one of the dance games for Wii or Xbox (if you have either)? I only have one little guy so I often take him with me on my 2 mile walks. I know it would be a lot harder with 5 but would they enjoy joining you? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Holly Dolly 575 Posted February 26, 2013 Are you able to get out before your hubby leaves for work in the morning and you have to get the kids up? I am out the door at 5:20 am, run to a friends house and then we walk 3 miles. It kills me to wake up that early but my fitbit motivates me to aim for 15,000 steps a day.
