I have Learned To Never Compare Myself and My Weight Loss to Anyone Else!!

I Lost 4 Pounds Yesterday and I am Happy With That!!

I am Only Good At Being Me!!

Some People in the Waiting Room at the Doctors Office, was Comparing Themselves to Others Achievements and Discouragements!

I said Learned to Go At Your Own Pace Not Someone Else's!!

I am Happy with my 4 Pound Loss Cause I Gained More Determination to Keep Up The Good Work!!

Love All of You!! Happy Tuesday!!!
