In Dec 2012 I was at 5.5cc and I had a fill that bumped me up to 6cc. I had to have it let out because I was overfilled and I couldn't get anything but liquid down. In January the doctor took me back to my 5.5cc and now I don't feel any restriction. I have gained weight because I am hungry and having a hard time. I go tomorrow to talk to doc and maybe get a fill.

1) has anybody experienced this before? If so, were you able to finally feel restriction again? And

2) how do you get back "on track"????

Thanks for your help!!!!

you get back on track by eating your allotted amount

eat lean Protein, veggies and fruit and drink alot

3500 calories is a pound...if you eat more than you burn off, you will gain..

am glad you are seeing your dr tomorrow.

I had to have my band unfilled entirely for an emergency surgery in August (not band related). It wasn't until October when I finally got back to the Green Zone like I was before the unplanned surgery and band unfill.

Between August and October, despite being considerably more hungry than I was in the Green Zone and wanting to pig out on everything, I still managed to lose about 28 pounds. Was it easy? No, but I knew I had to stay in my daily calorie budget and a cup of food per meal if I wanted to continue losing despite the temporary surgery set back.

I know it's not easy, but you have to stick to your calories and portions despite the hunger. It's the only way to succeed until you are in the Green Zone again.

Best wishes.

I would make sure that you measure and track everythign that you eat. Make sure you are following your doctor's guidelines. Make sure you are eating solids and not shakes or other sliders. High Protein meals. If you are hungry drink some Water if you are still hungry after that have a smart hight protien snack. Best of luck to you!

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
