dani_nyc 224 Posted February 24, 2013 I find this the most difficult! I'm wasting so much money on left overs that are just going bad in the fridge.. Anyone else had/have this issue? 1 destynee1 reacted to this
TattooBeauty 47 Posted February 24, 2013 yes! I usually just take left over for my lunch at work, but find myself eating the same thing 3 or 4 days in a row because of this issue!
♕ajtexas♕ 3,771 Posted February 24, 2013 I've been banded a year and I still catch myself cooking too much food. I also take left overs for lunch or I feed the left overs to my chickens, they love it when this happens. lol 3 ☠carolinagirl☠, destynee1 and Maddysgram reacted to this

DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted February 25, 2013 I try to cut recipes in half but I still end up throwing out left overs all the time. But I'm ok with that. I was raised to "clean your plate" and "don't waste food"- and that mentality is part of led me to weigh over 400 pounds. It's better to throw out left overs than to eat food you don't need. blondegal_ 1,028 Posted February 25, 2013 I have a hard time with fresh fruits and veggies going bad before I can use them. Strawberries seem to go bad quickly. :-(

hely88 883 Posted February 25, 2013 I am different. I love to cook huge meals. I eat for few days and then I freeze in individual portions and I always have something ready to go.
