Fritzy1980 25 Posted February 24, 2013 I was plateaued for 3 months. Hopped on the scale today and I've finally started losing again! So, a message to thosed who are stuck and feel hopeless, keep at it! You have committed yourself to a healthier you and you knew that it is achieved by healthy eating and exercise! Even though the scale didn't move, you knew you were doing what you needed to do for your body and you were persistent! TexasSoccerMom 26 Posted February 25, 2013 I so agree. I had plateaued for about 10 weeks and then starting using MyFitnessPal as well. I of course had slipped into eating a little more than I should and once I started really tracking things and became more aware of what I was eating and how much, I have started loosing about a pound a week again.
