Kai-shek 230 Posted February 24, 2013 I am not on a pre-op diet but I have set a few targets like no drinking alcohol (seven days without a drop now) and this week I am tackling the walking programmer. Got up bright and early and did 2.4 miles up and down hills. Is was not easy but I know it will get better. Only 25 days till surgery. 4 KarenElaine, Holly Dolly, SnapIGotThis and 1 other reacted to this

DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted February 24, 2013 In my opinion, that's the way to do it. Take on one little goal or target at a time. This way you don't get overwhelmed and you're setting attainable, realistic goals for yourself. You're off to a great start!
