female only Can't change my pic!

When I joined this site almost a year ago I was very introspective and now I FINALLY have my banding date of 3/4 and I want to change my profile pic to something that shows my more fun side and I have not been able to do that on this site...so frustrating!

Go to your profile and mouse over your current pic. A "change" button will pop up for you.

Oh no....I know that....it like freezes when I do that. I also tried to do it under my edit profile page. Maybe it's my computer setting?? Hmmm....weird.

Try hitting your refresh button. It takes me a million tries too. :-)

It does sound like something on your end. Have you tried a different web browser?

If you're using IE 9 go to tools and click on compatability view settings. Make sure it's in compatability mode. I had a lot of trouble too and now I can't really recall how i got it fixed?

I emailed Alex 3 times for help and no one ever responded.

And turn off activeX filtering.

I had trouble too, tried both an iPad and laptop, but then I tried the app and that was much easier for posting profile pic.

Not sure its you, I think its the site. I cant get mine to load either... tried 2 different computers, different pics, different days, and internet services... no luck

I just pressed and held my thumb on my cell screen until a choice of camera or gallery popped up. Good luck.

Most people who have this problem is because they are using explorer and it sucks. Try using fire or Google chrome. I was having problems and someone suggested that in forum and it worked. I use firefox now.
