Back pain while eating?

Remind me, If I have back pain while I'm eating is it because I'm eating too fast, or not chewing well enough, or both?

It's right at or just above my brastrap to the right of my spine.

Could be you eating too fast, too big of bites or what you are eating or eating too much. You will have to dissect that issue. I had that happen today and I'm sure it was a combination of the above things.

I tend to get the same pain if I eat to fast....and if im eatting to fast 9 out of 10 times Im taking to big a bite......thats when I have to remember to drink drink drink.. during the day ( not with my meal)..and dont wait till im so hungry to eat !

i learned early on (eating too fast) made my back/shoulder hurt...so its going slow and taking small bites and chewing.....(a def change from inhaling as quick as i could before surgery).
