Wow is all I can say! I don't feel too bad! Doing better everyday and still on Clear Liquids and shakes! I know I am not getting enough but I just don't want more? My mind is super hungry for real food!!! All the commercials make me hungry! I want this and want to do what is needed to get this weight OFF!!!

Keep to the plan, glad you are doing well. Continue to sip, sip sip. It helps with the physical hunger... you will have to find something else to do with yourself to help the head hunger. Keep busy, and you won't think so much about eating. Good luck!

Hang in there. I was banded just a several weeks before you. The first week or two is hard but stick to the plan just like what Chez said and it will get better.

I got mine done on Valentines Day too! I haven't been hungry at all or been drinking much at all. Today was the first day I felt a little hungry and had half a cup (if that) of broth. I'm looking forward to being able to eat normal foods again too tho lol
