ireallywannabthin 286 Posted February 17, 2013 Hi everyone! I'm trying to prepare for when I am able to eat again and I've been thinking about getting unflavored Protein power (Unjury). I was wondering how all of you who have it use it. I don't know of it's worth my buying. Thanks
dolphintattoo 96 Posted February 17, 2013 I use unflavored whey Protein from GNC, I add it to Soups, mashed potatoes, shakes, yogurt etc. it has a milky taste so I try to add it to things with an underlying milk taste so its more masked.
ireallywannabthin 286 Posted February 17, 2013 Can u add it to scrambled eggs of other hot plates or will it clump? Egg salad tuna salad?
Reimerl 7 Posted February 17, 2013 The Unjury is truly non flavored. However you do need to watch the high temp, it can separate over 140 degrees. I think the trick is mix first then heat to desired temp. I bought 2 containers it can go in anything... Crystallite etc
LadyMaggie 145 Posted February 17, 2013 Yes, I am a regular user of the UNflavored unjury and a big fan of this Protein powder. I add it my morning o.j. each day.
Hdollman 70 Posted February 17, 2013 I've been adding plan greek yogurt to my Soups to try to get in my protein; I'm not a big fan of Protein Shakes etc. 1 hely88 reacted to this
hely88 883 Posted February 17, 2013 I try really hard to eat my Protein and not use any shakes or protein products. Let me know what you find out and what you think.
Julie_JJ 10 Posted February 17, 2013 I use the Isopure version (unflavored whey Protein isolate) and LOVE it. I add it to Crystal Light instead of making Protein Shakes (I don't like the milky taste), and I can't detect any additional flavor, just a slight thickening. I also add it Soups (after cooking and letting them cool a bit), yogurt or pudding, mashed potatoes... it's been awesome.
