I did at times, there was a point that the weight was stuck and I decided to cheat and started fasting a lot, which would keep my weight going down, fasted for about a day or 2 every time my weight would get stuck then have a really small calorie intake for a couple of days then go back to normal,I lost most of the weight in 6 weeks, about 44 pounds in them 6 weeks, weren't really healthy but did the trick xx
