They have 160 calories, 30 grams of Protein, 3 grams of fat, 5 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. I think they were 12 shakes for $18 and some change. Sharpie 3,306 Posted February 16, 2013 I discovered Lean shakes from GNC on my pre-op diet... I like them the best... plus they often have a sale on them.. I think I paid 7.99 for 4 the last time I bought them.. I don't drink them as much now but I use them for a on the go Protein boost... Swiss chocolate is my favorite and then the Strawberry... I didn't want to spend any more money on ones I didn't like or couldn't stand so I thought what the heck, I'm going to give these a try. I was drinking unjury, I tried Muscle Milk Light and a few others and either didn't like them or just couldn't stomach them anymore. Thanks for the tip! I also put them in the freezer for a short time as you suggested, but find they are good straight from the fridge. The price is pretty good too!
