5 am..off to the Gym....

5 am, just finished my 2nd cup of coffee, took my Vitamins, omega's, and 15gm of liquid Protein....off to the gym as I do 5 days a week, afterwards I will have my recovery shake for Breakfast then off to work...

I will also go through 32 ozs of Water during this time....

IT is ADDICTIVE.....
