hello just wanted to get some opinions from everyone, im 2 weeks banded now and lost 24lbs, its benn tough with the liquids but worth the trip. i know that most of it was Water weight but still im happy! my doctor recomended that if i made 2 weeks of liquids and did so well why not do it for anthor 2 weeks and see if i can lose alot more! so here i go off and running 2 more weeks of liquid with the occasional mashed potatoes! how was everyones weight lose the second 2 weeks? anyone do well on mushy foods did you guys lose any weight on them? well i be back to let you know how the next 2 weeks pan out for me
