Calories/protein

How many calories did/do you intake in a day to have a good weight loss and how many grams of Protein a day do you get in

I take in about 1200 calories with anywhere from 60-80 grams of Protein.< /p>

I use the app My Fitness Pal to journal everything so it keeps track of all the important numbers for me.

90 grams of Protein and 1,000 calories

Cheryl, how so you get all of your Protein in? I'm just curious- I'm still on shakes but I am trying to prepare for when the time comes :)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
