Redesigned_Curves 312 Posted February 13, 2013 I was just banded on 2/6 and I had my first post-op visit with the surgeon today. He said I could move from liquids to Puréed. Any ideas on good foods/meals? I'm a little confused, I thought my next step was soft foods. I know this was probably a question I should have asked him, but I didn't really think about it much until after. My appointments always seems to be so rushed. They literally last 2 mins tops, at least my time with the surgeon.
azuniga5 69 Posted February 13, 2013 You can have anything that you blend to the consistency of baby food. Refried Beans, creamy Soups and yogurt are good to have. You should never feel rushed at your doctors office. Take your time and talk to him about all your concerns and thoughts.
