Does anyone know any good recipes for someone in the 2nd phase diet? I can only have turkey, fish, tofu, eggs and chicken. Very limited. 3 oz each. Please help with ideas.

Tofu takes on the flavor of anything you cook it with. I sautee it with some cabbage or you can season it with all types of seasoning and pan fry it with some pam. It doesnt taste bad like it used too.
