Secondchanceatlife 38 Posted February 12, 2013 I had my surgery June 12, 2012. Since then I have lost 65-69 pounds, of which I very happy and very thankful. However, for the past 2 weeks I have been losing and GAINING the same 4-5 pounds and it's driving me nuts! I can handle staying the same for a little while, but I can't handle gaining!! I'm working out and watching what I eat, so I'm completely at a loss.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk

Maddysgram 6,159 Posted February 12, 2013 Are you guys tracking your calories and measuring your portions, if so and still losing and gaining, I would talk with you Nut, have them go over your food tracking and see whats going on. If you're not tracking, I would try that and see where you stand . Good luck, I know it has to be frustrating! 1 HappilyRandom reacted to this

DebbieC1970 58 Posted February 12, 2013 Also, I would change and increase the intensity of your workout. U gotta push through, u r stronger than u think!!! U can do it. I only weigh once a month cause it was.really effecting me negatively. Pick an amount of time, have someone hide the scale, track your food, workout really hard, and c what happens!
