I have seen some of you post that you're able to eat Cereal. I have never been able too. I know we're all different but it gets stuck when I have. If you're able to eat cereal and there is a certain kind that you do well with let me know please. I miss cereal.

I also eat Special K Protein and it's fine except right now, right aftera fill. I love my cereal. I find that the cereals that don't get so soggy do the best- you can crunch them up smaller.

I'm glad to hear that, I really miss cereal. I was trying to avoid it, I'm starting to get tired of the same breakfasts.

I use almond milk, 4ozs (1/2 cup) with 3/4 cup of Special K.

I have never been a big milk person with my cereal. I like a little milk with my cereal instead of a little cereal with my milk (my husband prefers the ladder, which is why there is milk spilled on my island every morning.) I use about 1 cup of cereal and 1/2 cup 2% milk. I know I should do skim, but that is just to much like putting dirty Water on my cereal.

I eat Special K Protein almost every morning. I add a little to some Greek yogurt and a scoop of unflavored Protein. I do need to add a splash of almond milk to thin it out a little.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
