Lappy127 0 Posted February 9, 2013 Hey everyone I am a Newbie to this forum so Hello fellow Bandsters. I am in my second month of banding and received my first fill last week. My start weight was 398 and my current weight is 346. I noticed my weight loss has started to slow down. Is this normal? Also what is the avg. weight you guys/gals are loosing per week. LeslieW 92 Posted February 17, 2013 Oh my gosh.. I am incredibly glad you asked this and people are answering. I get my first fill next week. I am down 25 in my first month but it has almost come to a screeching halt. I started a 45 day challenge for exercise yesterday with my weight loss support group. I am hoping this helps and the first fill will help some. I was wondering what I was doing wrong but I knew coming into this it would be a slower weight loss. Thank you for asking this question! B-52 7,113 Posted February 17, 2013 It is my belief, that as exciting as it may be to most people, that weight drop everyone experiences ids not REAL weight loss....everyone drops that initially on every type of diet.....but the genuine, permanent stuff is yet to come!
