So I've been reading a lot about the band, not getting enough nutrition was one of the issues, how is everyone's digestive system with Vitamins? And I've also heard about Hair loss is it true?

Take Biotin 5000 mg for Hair loss. I use chewables from costco approved by my dietitian.

I take chewable centirum silver, get that from Walmart and chewable Calcium. You can get those at either costco or walmart. Now a days they make almost all types of vitimans and suppliments in chewable or liquid. As for Hair loss I have not experienced that yet myself.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
