Kime-lou 648 Posted February 4, 2013 Vinegar in general is very healthy. I use apple cidar and balsamic all the time. By adding balsamics to Pasta dishes it can help your body better process them. Not to mention by adding balsamic to Pasta dishes (spagetti sauces) it taste really good!! I use both vinegars in cooking all the time. Love 'em.
