I've lost 65 pounds and can see my port poking out. I brushed against my abdomen & it really took me my surprise for it to be so obvious.

Yep - I had a friend on here who lost so much her port stuck out when she wore a bikini. It can happen. Chances are though - you are much more aware of it than an average person looking at you because you know what's in there.
