This month's challenge: "February Challenge-Love is in the Air!" is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandsters Copy and post the template below and fill in the information that you are comfortable sharing on Friday February 1st then come back every Friday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and **new this challenge** LAST DAY OF THE MONTH --28th for February and post your updated weight. I will keep track of the weights to get a table listing everyone's results on the following weekend. I am newly banded and afraid of slipping back into old habits, which I fantasize about doing all the time. Exercise goal for Feb - increase cardio and strength training. Personal goal for Feb - to make it through the Valentine fundraiser at school without stressing out.
