Girl, walk walk walk. It's truly the only thing that helps! Also life your arms above your head as much as you can. Also if you have someone around that can rub your shoulders it will relieve the pain and let you relax a little with everything!

Trust me I've been moving because I knew from the get go that would be the thing to help!! I'll have to have my boyfriend work on the shoulder rub lol Thanks!

Ah... My surgery eve! Clear Liquids only today! So excited... In 24 hours I will be checked into the surgical center, getting my IV and preparing for surgery!

Suitcase is packed, house is clean, laundry done, kids squared away....I check into the hospital tomorrow (Tuesday) at 3PM and am slated for my surgery Wednesday morning. Not sure where I am on the surgeon's roster but hopefully early! Thank you everybody for the buoying, carrying me (and all of us) across the demarcation line from pre-op jitters to post-op recovery....and then on to success!

Today is the day! Leaving in 15 minutes! So excited, nervous and anxious! The scale was good to me! I am down 17lbs from pre-op diet! Have a great day all and say a little prayer for me!

Well my surgery was supposed to be tomorrow but its been delayed 2-3 weeks now! I went to the dentist and my tooth is infected. I know this is the best but I've been on a liquid diet for 3 days and was hoping to be banded by tomorrow. Bummer!!! Well for everyone else who's having surgery this week good luck and prayers sent your way!
