LuuLuu 62 Posted January 31, 2013 If I can manage to get an entire Isopure down...that is 40g right there...REALLY helps with the overall Protein intake. I don't bother with anything "special" that is less than 10g. I don't want to waste my time and pouch space. 2012 359 Posted January 31, 2013 Shrimp is loaded with Protein and really good. I had some for lunch today and I believe it's around 21 g for 3 oz. I supplement with a Protein Shake or Protein Bar (Quest bar) if my numbers are running low. And I love cheese. If you've never had it, just ask here. We will tell you how to prepare and eat. It's easy, yummy and kind of fun! Also of course add nuts and the occasional Peanut Butter or almond butter. leeshabeesh 13 Posted January 31, 2013 I've had the same problem getting in my Protein in a day since I'm not eating that much. I found Protein Shots at Walmart. There is 2 different ones at my Walmart. One shot has 25g and the other brand has 42g of protein! 0g fat 0g sugar and 180 calories. I like those. Not much to drink and they taste pretty good!
