Great story and results! Doesn't it feel good? If you don't mind, can I ask how old you are and how much weight have you lost and how long did it take you to lose it all? I have lost 90 pounds originally and settled in at 85 pounds and am on my 5th year being banded, but I have a lot of loose skin from years of dieting. I never could run and have really bad knee problems from years of carrying so much weight and hurting them when I was younger. I love hearing everybodys stories and success stories are always great to hear.
