I'm already sick of eggs farina oatmeal yogurt lol Cottage cheese, Tomato Soup with a dollop of ricotta cheese (part skim), applesauce (unsweetened), strawberry & banana smoothie with Protein Powder, Ricotta cheese with a spoonful of marinara sauce and sprinkle grated cheese (nuke in microwave for 30 seconds). You can have pretty much any of these for breakfast, just because is not considered breakfast foods

I would add them to Soups , ricotta cheese, or put it in my eggs....

Kime-lou 648 Posted January 29, 2013 Grits, applesauce with Protein powder added, greek yogurt, couscous (not really a Breakfast food, but so yummy and you can add any flavor you want). If on solids there are lots of options- Cereal, english muffin half with one egg and a piece of turkey bacon, fritata (egg and veggie casserole - lots of recipes online), cheese cubes with grapes
