bjacobson44 2 Posted January 29, 2013 Well 1st day of pre-surgery diet. I am so hungry but believe I will make it. I am hoping that it will get easier as I get closer ti my surgery date. Surgery is on Feb 12th and I am really looking forward to it. I still continue to work out and that may be a mistake but going to keep going to the gym. bjacobson44 2 Posted January 29, 2013 Im eating two Protein shakes and two halve meals. Half chicken breast for lunch and dinner with cut green Beans. My first pre-surgery is Wednesday so I'll ask if I should have a third shake. I defiantly can make it the two weeks but it's going to be very frustrating.
