I survived the High Protein Clear Liquids and I am starting the High Protein Full liquids today. Any of you guys keep note of your calorie intake per day? Am I suppose to include the calories from the Protein Drink? I don't quite understand when they say dont add protein calories on my calorie count. Is getting 800 cal per day easy? New_girl_in_town 7 Posted January 30, 2013 Yes, I count my calories on myfitnesspal. It's a free app which is wonderful. Pace yourself to get at least 60g of Protein per day (the app adds carbs, prot, and fat for you based on your food entries).
