chantelleb816 33 Posted January 27, 2013 I have been belching today and when I do i feel like it might be acid reflux or something. Did anyone else experience this?
paula2468 7 Posted January 27, 2013 Have you eaten anything tough or spicy? Usually something OTC helps settle the gas.

kll724 3,055 Posted January 27, 2013 Belching and gas is normal for your stage in the lapband "game". Gas is a major because you are filled with gas while you are on full life support. Great wishes to you,and try some gas-x and walking to relieve the gas. Karen
Debbie3sons 1,936 Posted January 27, 2013 Listen to these people , but don't think u ever get rid of the gas some of us r pro at belching specially after we eat or before so let it out and don't hold back , some of get stuck episodes and can't stop belching for bout 5 to 10 min so just take it easy but do try to wlk maybe around for 5-10 min and see if it helps , after surgery that's why they make u walk cause they fill r bellys with air dutring the procedure so keep on belching just wait til u get the other gas lol sometimes , but try to take the suggestions they help. txtroublez28 24 Posted January 27, 2013 Papaya enzyme is a natural way to help the gas and can be taken more often then gas x.
