blondegal_ 1,028 Posted January 26, 2013 Start with fully defrosted fish and google cooking times based on thickness. Also online should give some hints for cooking on it. I used one years ago but don't remember details. I did just grill some tilapia last week and it was thin so about four minutes on each side.
