Omg look at you! You look fantastic what an amazing difference. Thank you so much for finding the courage to post your before and after. These are the most important posts on the forum to me personally and what helps keep me so motivated on my own journey.

You'll also be a fantastic inspiration to the groups you will speak to especially as they are just staring out and have proof in front of them and to see with total dedication the band is an amazing helpful tool.

Post as urs just makes me work even harder and now I know I can be there in a year , so THANK YOU much hopefully I will be at my goal weight in a year or less also I stopped using my cane bout two months now and people r starting to ask oh no more cane so they r noticing , well deserved u look good keep it up .
