My doctor recommends every 6 weeks; he will occasionally consider every 4 weeks, but not sooner; he does NOT do the "fluro fill" which I think is an excellent idea!

Mine has been every 2 weeks. Banded 12/18 first.on 1/8 and had my sexing this week. Go back on the 5th for third.
