pacatatu 0 Posted January 25, 2013 Hello. I had my surgery in may 2011 and was doing very well - losing slowly, but surely! Then, in August 2012 I had a slip and haven't been able to lose since... I only gained 10 lbs from the original 43 I had lost. But I need help - and know that I can start losing again. I just got back to 4cc fill, which tends to be my limit. Can anyone help me? Much obliged!
2muchfun 8,927 Posted January 25, 2013 I've never experienced a slip but one would think it's like starting over again except you get to forego the crappy liquid diet stuff? My recommendation would be too just start eating healthy and track those calories. You've probably fallen into some kind of routine that isn't as band friendly as it should be. Accelerate the exercise routine and try to make sure you're at the -500 calories per day(caloric intake less activity level) benchmark. tmf 1 dfav3412 reacted to this
