Terry Poperszky 2,784 Posted January 25, 2013 I have been putting it in my Soup, my refried Beans and tonight I used it to moisten my tuna salad by mixing it with the low fat Mayonnaise, I like the tartness that it adds. 3 Peaceful1, dee257 and LeanMeanFightinMachine reacted to this

Windfury 42 Posted January 25, 2013 I'm really having a hard time with that yogurt. I love Greek yogurt, however the plain non-fat has a taste that's difficult for me to acquire. I must say that I have never used it in egg salad or tuna salad, and I might give it a try. I could never eat it plain....YUCK! Thanks for the tip about the tunal salad, I will give it a try next time.

The plain, I use to give my cooking added nutrition and flavor. 2 Windfury and Aussie40 reacted to this

turtle11 16 Posted January 26, 2013 I love Fage 0% Greek Yogurt add a tablespoon of Peanut Butter and honey. It's so good and a great way to get Protein. I stay full for a long time after eating this. 2 Banded 08 and Terry Poperszky reacted to this

I just discovered Greek yoghurt a few weeks ago and its a fantastic substitute for sour cream. Just as yummy but so much healthier!
