Momof threesb's 0 Posted January 24, 2013 Everyone has talked about plans and programs their drs gave them. I was told 70gs. Protein and plenty of Water. Also to hover around 1000 calories for weight loss. Did other drs give more specific advise?
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted January 24, 2013 Mine was pretty similar. Stick between 1000-1200 calories a day, at least 60g of Protein, and all meals should be 1 cup or less total. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

destynee1 417 Posted January 24, 2013 To get anything more in depth, I believe you have to see a nutritionist. I still have not seen one yet, sigh..But I go next week finally.. YAY! for groupon! 1 hely88 reacted to this
Baba Wawa 543 Posted January 24, 2013 My instructions were: >64 oz Water per day >60 gr Protein per day Limit carbs to 125 per day Avoid white carbs/processed foods Avoid caloric beverages Eat a variety of colorful veggies daily Limit fats to olive oil, healthy fat foods, such as avocados, nuts etc and only 2-3 portions a day. If you add it up 60 gr Protein = 240 Cal 125 gr carb = 500 cal 2-3 portions healthy fat 2-3 tbs = 200-300 calories Total 940-1040 calories appx 1 tattoomommy reacted to this
hely88 883 Posted January 24, 2013 I eat 3 half cup meals with 3/4 being Protein reaching between 60 -70 grams. I was told to not count calories just to measure and track. I tracked everything for a couple weeks and took that info with me to meet nutritionist. I do once in a while have a snack or a treat. Best of luck to you.
